Spiritual Dryness
Pamela Rainone, a Christian counsellor with Christian Trauma Counseling and who works with Brian Alton at the Biblical Learning Center here in Montreal, spoke at the DOK breakfast on Saturday, Nov. 12.
Her topic was "Spiritual Dryness" and she spoke of dealing with periods of oppression, of being in the wilderness, times of suffering, exhaustion, and lack of water. She gave many examples of people in the Bible who struggled and gave us some guidelines for coping.
